Return Policy


Aspen Grove Nurseries will cover 50% of the cost to replace failed tree/shrub one year to the receipt. Failed product and receipt must be present at the time of return. If the failed product is no longer in stock or sold out, replacement of product will be given of equal or lesser value.

Return of Perennials, Annuals, Hanging Baskets, Planters, Bulbs, or Seeds (potato or packs) is not included. These are all final sale. 

*Aspen Grove Nurseries does not offer cash back on any returns; living or failed. Store Credit will be issued.
